Her goal is to help customers the best she can through consistent communication in order to make the process as smooth as possible. Growing up in a small town, she was able to get to know almost everyone on a personal level. That is something she enjoys about working with customers. Shelby also enjoys spending time with family, shopping, and iced coffee.
