Business Development Officer-Deposit & Cash Management Services
Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Minnwest Bank is seeking a full-time Business Development Officer-Deposit & Cash Management Services. The Business Development Officer-Depository & Cash Management Services has a critical role in providing a knock-out customer experience and ensuring that customers are our first priority.  This position is responsible for growth and sales of deposits and all cash management services with the goal of increasing deposits and expanding relationships.  Outward facing, this position has the expectation of being out of the office networking, serving clients, making connections and developing prospects/business leads.

Education/Experience Requirements:  Post-secondary degree or equivalent work history preferred. Three to five years of experience in banking and customer relations. Previous sales experience is required.

Commercial Credit Analyst
Location: Any Minnwest Bank location

Minnwest Bank is seeking a full-time Commercial Credit Analyst.  Candidates will conduct commercial credit analysis activities for Minnwest Bank and affiliates related to medium size and moderately complex credit relationships. Candidates will be responsible for providing a more meaningful analysis of financial statements, collateral, and of business and economic trends that impact borrowers and the resulting credit risk for Minnwest Bank. Candidates will be responsible for conducting routine account monitoring including covenant and financial reporting tracking, borrowing base analysis, and analysis of interim financial performance. Lending authority may be expected. 

Initial training will be completed with a Senior Credit Analyst in a Commercial Market.

Education/Experience Requirements:  Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or related field of study.  Previous commercial credit analyst or related work experience.

Commercial Banking Assistant II
Location: Eagan, MN

Minnwest Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Assistant to work in our Eagan, MN location. Banking Assistants (BAs) have a critical role in providing a knock-out customer experience and ensuring that our customers are our first priority.  BAs facilitate the interaction between the customer and bankers to ensure our customers receive a rapid response, an error-free process, consistent communication, and a professional experience that is both friendly and positive. In this front line position, you will be expected to communicate well, be professional in all your activities, be optimistic and constructive in your dealings, and demonstrate tenacity and drive in solving customer issues.  You will hold an important role in developing strong and professional relationships with our customers, which includes gathering feedback and being the voice of the customer when service, product, or process improvements are needed.

Credit Analyst I
Location: Montevideo, MN or Dawson, MN

Minnwest Bank is seeking a full-time Credit Analyst I for our Downtown Montevideo, MN or Dawson, MN locations. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for learning the fundamental Credit Analyst job duties & responsibilities. Successful candidates will exhibit a proficiency in math, statistics, and computer skills. With a steep learning curve, expectations for the position will be presented through a detailed orientation and training program to assist in learning foundational credit skills.  Upon completion of preliminary training, you will conduct basic ag &/or commercial credit analysis activities for Minnwest Bank and affiliates related to less complex credit relationships. Portfolio Manager I or II
Location: Montevideo, MN

Minnwest Bank is seeking a full-time Portfolio Manager for our Downtown Montevideo, MN location. Portfolio Managers have a critical role in providing a knock-out customer experience and ensuring that our customers are our first priority.  Portfolio Managers manage their own credit portfolio and cross-sell other bank services, primarily deposit accounts and treasury management services. You will team with other Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers to assist with relationship management, ongoing customer communication and active cross selling of related products/services.   This position is responsible for originating and servicing agricultural loans in accordance with the bank’s service standards and loan policy.

Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA) and one to three years Ag lending experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specific, formal credit training or equivalent required. Ability to analyze complex balance sheet, income statement ratios, and cash flow statements.

Universal Banker
Location: Redwood Falls, MN

Minnwest Bank is seeking a Full Time Universal Banker at our Redwood Falls East location. This position will include hours at both Redwood Falls locations as well as our Morton location.  Schedule will include some days of opening as early as 7:15am or closing as late as 6:15pm as well as Saturday hours of 8:30am-12:00pm approximately once a month.

Loan Operations Specialist II or III

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Minnwest Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist II or III to work in the Sioux Falls, SD - Louise location.  Support our Commercial and Agricultural customer facing loan staff by ensuring a great customer experience though consistent execution, quick response to requests, and accurate loan workflow execution.  Demonstrate the technical, procedural, and regulatory requirements for effective loan processing.  You will use the bank’s core and loan-processing systems to create documentation, board loans, perform loan maintenance, and manage ticklers.

Successful candidates will demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills, appropriately prioritize multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, demonstrate tenacity to solve problems, and consistently demonstrate a positive outlook.
