Location: Tracy, MN

Minnwest Bank is seeking a Full Time Universal Banker for our Tracy, MN location. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing all Minnwest Bank customers with a professional and courteous knockout customer experience, from sales to service. Provide solutions to satisfy customers’ financial needs by opening new deposit accounts, consumer loans and handle customer deposit transactions.  This position will also cross-sell bank retail and business products and services, as well as service existing account relationships.

Education/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, customer service/sales experience preferred.

Senior Compliance Officer
Location: Minnetonka, MN or Eagan, MN

Minnwest Bank is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer for our Minnetonka or Eagan, MN location.  As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will administer and monitor programs for compliance with consumer protection laws, regulations and rules governing operations and product offerings.  Help to ensure adequate policies and procedures for compliance exist, and work effectively and efficiently for all Minnwest Subsidiaries.   Assist in the management of the Corporation’s Bank Secrecy Act Program Administrator.  Prepare and submit selected regulatory compliance reports for all subsidiaries.  Primary Responsibilities will include Compliance Program Administration, Compliance Review and Audit, Reporting, assisting with the BSA Program, and Compliance Communication and Training.

Successful candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work with a team and individually, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.  Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task, organize priorities and work in a fast paced environment.  Will be expected to develop and maintain knowledge of compliance and internal control requirements necessary to complete the job.   In addition, successful candidates will possess the ability to interpret regulations and translate for other staff, considering and acknowledging impact across all areas of the business.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  1. College degree, preferably business related or a minimum of 6+ years bank compliance experience
  2. Certifications to include CBAP and CCBCO or comparable certification
  3. Bank auditing experience is a plus
  4. Bank examination experience is a plus
  5. Thorough banking and compliance knowledge

Funds Monitoring Operations Specialist II

Location: Redwood Falls, MN

Minnwest Bank is seeking a Funds Monitoring Specialist II for our Redwood Falls, MN location.  As a Funds Monitoring Specialist II, you will support the Bank Operations Division.  You will work with other team members to process the movement of funds through the Federal Reserve Bank including wire transfers, ACH transactions and exception checks. 

Successful candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and possess an above average aptitude in the areas of reasoning, intelligence and clerical perception. 

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, Secondary education in business or accounting preferred.

Loan Operations Specialist II or III
Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Minnwest Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist II or III to work in the Sioux Falls, SD - Louise location.  Support our Commercial and Agricultural customer facing loan staff by ensuring a great customer experience though consistent execution, quick response to requests, and accurate loan workflow execution.  Demonstrate the technical, procedural, and regulatory requirements for effective loan processing.  You will use the bank’s core and loan-processing systems to create documentation, board loans, perform loan maintenance, and manage ticklers.

Successful candidates will demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills, appropriately prioritize multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, demonstrate tenacity to solve problems, and consistently demonstrate a positive outlook. 

Education/Experience:  High School diploma or equivalent required.  Previous loan experience is preferred.

The Montevideo location has an existing book of business with multiple product offerings and many established carrier appointments along with an experienced staff.
