Using the ITM is simple. Just drive or walk up to our ITM location, where you'll find a user-friendly touchscreen interface. Insert your debit card to begin, or press the "Talk to a Virtual Banker" button to initiate a video chat with a Minnwest Virtual Banker who will assist you with your banking needs. You can insert your debit card, present a copy of your ID, or answer security questions for verification, and then communicate with the banker just as you would in your local branch.
