This is the most important time for our insurance agency: when we get to follow through on the promises we made to you when you purchased your insurance. Your insurance premium is a direct reflection of your claims experience. People with claims pay more for insurance than people without claims for the same insurance. With the rising cost of insurance, it is important to know when and when not to turn in a claim.
