Chrystal Gasner
Director of Insurance Services
Chrystal has worked in the insurance industry for the past 22 years and began her insurance career as a senior in high school doing telemarketing and eventually, worked her way up the ranks to an agent position within the company. Chrystal has been a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent since 2003, Health and Life insurance licensed since 2010, and became a certified insurance service representative in 2020.
Currently, she's working toward earning her certified insurance counselor designation. She began with Minnwest, formerly Roundbank, in May 2010 as an agent in the Farmington office, then transitioned to agency manager in 2020 overseeing the four Roundbank legacy locations. She's recently transitioned into the director of insurance services, where she oversees all 11 insurance agency offices throughout Minnesota. During her time at Roundbank, she brought the Reality store event to the Farmington high school and participated in the recognition team for the organization. She has two teenage sons and resides in Owatonna, MN. Her personal passions include volunteering for Open Arms Suicide prevention program and raising and breeding her mini/toy Australian shepherd puppies.
